According to the company’s five-year plan, it aims to dig deeply into the autonomous driving technologies in 2019-2021, form collaborations with automakers in 2022-2023, and finally realize mass-production and large-scale deployment on vehicles starting 2024.
Notably, DeepRoute.ai has already launched its autonomous driving ride-hailing pilot operation in the center of Shenzhen in July.
The company has R&D centers in Shenzhen and Beijing, and has formed partnerships with Dongfeng Motor and Geely’s mobility arm, Caocao. Since its establishment in 2019, the company has accumulated over 3 million kilometers of safe testing mileages in China.
