BEIJING., September 24, 2010 … Federal-Mogul Corporation has been awarded the 2010 Top 100 Most Competitive Auto Parts Supplier award, given annually by China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) and Gasgoo International, in recognition of the company's achievements in the Chinese automotive market.
In addition, Federal-Mogul was recognized as one of the Top 10 Basic Engine Component Suppliers in China. More than 900 companies competed for Top 10 honors in each of the 10 award categories.

Today, in addition to its Asia Pacific Headquarters and Technical Center, Federal-Mogul has 8 manufacturing plants and more than 100 authorized distributors producing and marketing all major products from its global portfolio for original equipment and aftermarket customers. Federal-Mogul employs approximately 2,300 people in China.
Since its inception in 2009, the Top 100 Most Competitive Auto Parts Supplier Award recognizes companies with substantial achievements in financial performance, customer satisfaction, management of R&D, quality and delivery, as well as other improvements in the areas of production capacity and employment growth.
