Gasgoo Munich- FinDreams Battery and Sichuan Guoruan Technology Group signed a strategic framework agreement in Shenzhen on Sept. 20. The companies will deepen collaboration across multiple segments of the new energy supply chain to explore new industrial synergy models.

FinDreams Battery's regional team for Sichuan, Chongqing, and Shanghai will lead the implementation. The partnership focuses on emerging fields such as drilling equipment electrification, energy storage systems, power battery support, and intelligent robotics. This initiative aims to facilitate comprehensive and pragmatic cooperation.
FinDreams Battery will leverage its technological expertise and platform capabilities to provide integrated solar, storage, charging, and vehicle-grid energy solutions. Sichuan Guoruan contributes innovation capabilities and extensive application scenarios, providing necessary support for implementation. This combination creates strong complementarity between technology and real-world deployment.
Both companies expressed positive expectations for the partnership. FinDreams Battery stated that the complementarity between its technological strengths and Guoruan's application scenarios provides a solid foundation. Guoruan said it values BYD's extensive technological reserves and comprehensive supply chain. The company plans to use this agreement to deepen strategic ties, promote the electrification of construction machinery, and support China's "dual carbon" goals.
