The Nation - Ford Motor Company has signed the credit facility worth Bt15.5 billion with Thai banks, to finance the construction of its new passenger car plant in Rayong.
The financiers are Bangkok Bank, Tisco Bank and Export and Import Bank of Thailand.
The agreement for the facility was reached earlier this year, but the signing took place today.
