The deals pave the way for the introduction of Li Auto's L-series models into both markets, marking the company's first expansion into the Gulf region.

Alongside its Middle East push, Li Auto also outlined plans to enter several Asia-Pacific markets, including China's Macao SAR, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, signaling a broader acceleration of its global strategy.

MINIEYE, neueHCT to form JV targeting global robot logistics market

On April 27, MINIEYE announced plans to partner with neueHCT, a global supplier of intelligent driving systems, to establish a joint venture focused on mobile robotics.

The new entity will combine both companies' strengths in technology, capital, and market access to develop a full-spectrum portfolio of mobile robot solutions. Its scope will span indoor environments, industrial parks, urban areas, and open roads, with autonomous delivery vehicles positioned as the initial entry point. The broader goal is to build an integrated value chain covering R&D, mass production, and global deployment.

Looking ahead, the partnership will expand along two key tracks. In the passenger vehicle segment, the companies plan to develop integrated ADAS and driver monitoring system (DMS) solutions for L2 and L2+ factory-installed applications, leveraging their combined experience in R&D and mass production.

In parallel, they will advance Level 4 autonomous logistics technologies, focusing on innovation pathways and accelerating real-world deployment in targeted scenarios and overseas markets. Data generated from large-scale L2 deployments will also be used to refine L4 algorithms and training models.
