According to Geely Galaxy, the "TT" designation combines the concepts of "Trend" and "Technology." The name reflects the company's ambition to position the vehicle as a technology-focused electric sedan aimed at younger global consumers, with an emphasis on sporty styling and intelligent mobility features.
Based on information released so far, the Galaxy TT will compete in the C-segment electric sedan category. The vehicle measures 4,999 mm in length and rides on a 2,920 mm wheelbase.
The exterior adopts a fastback coupe-inspired silhouette designed to enhance both visual appeal and aerodynamic efficiency. A speed-sensitive active rear spoiler further underscores the model's performance-oriented positioning while contributing to airflow management at higher speeds.
Underpinning the Galaxy TT is Geely Galaxy's latest battery-electric vehicle architecture. Every variant will be equipped with battery packs supplied by CATL and built around an 800-volt high-voltage platform, a configuration increasingly associated with faster charging capability and improved energy efficiency in next-generation BEVs.
In the area of intelligent driving, the Galaxy TT is expected to feature a LiDAR sensor and Geely's G-ASD H7 advanced driver-assistance system, enabling higher-level assisted-driving functions.
The chassis has also been engineered with driving dynamics in mind. A double-wishbone front suspension paired with a five-link rear suspension is intended to deliver a more refined balance between ride comfort and handling performance, reinforcing the vehicle's sporting credentials.
The arrival of the Galaxy TT marks another step in Geely Galaxy's expansion into the premium battery-electric vehicle market. By entering the highly competitive C-segment sedan category, the automaker is broadening its product portfolio beyond its existing lineup of mainstream EVs.
As the launch program progresses, the Galaxy TT is expected to compete on a combination of design, performance, and intelligent technology. With an 800V electrical architecture, LiDAR-based driver assistance, and a chassis focused on driving engagement, Geely Galaxy is positioning the model as a potential benchmark contender in China's rapidly evolving market for premium all-electric sedans.
