On April 27, 2026, the 4th China Automotive & Parts Overseas Ecosystem Forum, hosted by Gasgoo, successfully concluded in Beijing. The two-day event was held in a hybrid format, both online and offline.
Amid accelerating technological transformation and evolving geopolitical dynamics, China's automotive industry is transitioning from traditional "product export" to a more sustainable "ecosystem globalization." While facing challenges such as trade barriers, localization requirements, and supply chain security, new opportunities are also emerging across both mature and emerging markets. Under the theme "Going Global & Taking Root," the forum brought together industry leaders to explore how to build resilience, strengthen localization, and move from market entry to long-term establishment on the global stage.
The second day featured the Intelligent Connected and Compliance Summit, focusing on compliance evolution, global deployment of intelligent technologies, and software stack capabilities. Discussions highlighted how China's automotive industry can leverage compliance and technology to accelerate the development of a global intelligent mobility ecosystem.
As an official event of the Beijing Auto Show, the forum received strong support from China National Machinery Industry International Co., Ltd. We sincerely thank them for their support.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to our ecosystem partners for their strong support, including AlixPartners, Red Hat, YFORE Technology, Henkel, Gestamp, DP World, Accuracy, UAES, Kotei Informatics, MANN+HUMMEL, Johnson Electric, TomTom, JOYNEXT, the Saudi government, Dynaso, and CEER.
At the forum, the book launch of Going Global: Practices and Strategies Driving the International Development of China's Automotive Industry highlighted the forefront of industry transformation and globalization. The publication brings together extensive research findings and practical insights, synthesizing long-term observations from multiple experts. Covering topics from technological evolution and industry dynamics to global expansion strategies, it provides valuable guidance for companies navigating global competition and supports the high-quality international development of China's automotive industry.

In addition, the 2026 China Automotive Industry Overseas Expansion White Paper was officially released, systematically outlining the latest trends and key pathways in the globalization of China's automotive industry. It provides valuable guidance for companies formulating global strategies and offers a clear roadmap for advancing toward higher-quality, ecosystem-driven overseas expansion.

A series of distinguished speakers took the stage one after another, delivering insightful presentations on key topics such as the globalization of the automotive industry, the evolution of intelligent connectivity technologies, and overseas expansion practices.
