As a leading global provider of intelligent automotive solutions, Joyson Electronics is leveraging its technological synergies to expand into embodied intelligence. It is targeting the R&D and production of energy management systems for these new intelligent agents.
The company has already introduced embedded and backpack-style battery packs. It also offers torso assemblies that merge controllers with energy management systems. Its specialized BMS algorithms collect critical data on voltage, current, and temperature. This ensures safety and extends battery life. Applications range from robotic dogs and wheeled units to humanoids.
Enpower, for its part, specializes in high-energy-density solid-state battery technology. Its capabilities span semi-solid, quasi-solid, and all-solid-state technologies. Its self-developed batteries have been validated by top-tier clients in sectors including drones, robotics, and high-end electric motorcycles.
Notably, Enpower aims to achieve small-batch production of its all-solid-state batteries by 2026. Embodied intelligence is targeted as the first application.
