Gasgoo Munich- Li Auto released its 2026 National Day Supercharging User Report on Oct. 12. From Oct. 1 to 7, nearly 4,200 Li Auto superchargers across China logged over 1.36 million sessions and delivered more than 41.04 million kWh — a 119% and 110% jump from typical daily levels, respectively. The report dubbed the holiday network a "national supercharger."

The supercharging network is rapidly evolving from a brand-exclusive perk into public infrastructure. During the holiday, drivers of other brands accounted for over 810,000 sessions at Li Auto stations — nearly 60% of the total, outpacing the 550,000-plus sessions from Li Auto owners. Tesla, Xiaomi, and ZEEKR drivers were the most frequent non-Li Auto users.

Li Auto stations also handled 16% of China's highway charging demand during the period, delivering over 26.07 million kWh at highway service areas. Across more than 1,300 highway service area stations nationwide, the busiest was the Lingshan Service Area on the Beijing-Harbin Expressway (Beijing-bound), which hit a single-day peak of 830 sessions.

Charging efficiency is another highlight.

Li Auto's EV and 5C-enabled EREV drivers averaged 12.95 minutes at 5C chargers, while other-brand vehicles took 21.64 minutes. The network now includes 5,369 Li Auto 5C superchargers across 646 all-5C stations — all equipped with high-power chargers exceeding 250 kW.

On-site support was equally robust: Li Auto staff were deployed to over 600 high-traffic stations across the country during the holiday, managing queues and assisting drivers.

As of Oct. 9, the nationwide footprint had reached 4,199 Li Auto supercharging stations with 23,115 chargers, spanning 31 provinces and 294 cities. That includes 1,385 highway stations and 2,814 urban locations.

The growing footprint comes as highway charging demand surges. According to the National Energy Administration, highway EV charging volume across China reached 163 million kWh from Oct. 1 to 7 — underscoring the increasingly critical role Li Auto's network plays during peak holiday travel.
