New DENZA Z9GT Display Vehicles Arrive at 40 Stores in 18 Cities

Gasgoo Munich- On March 9, DENZA's General Manager Li Hui provided an update on the Z9GT rollout. The first batch of display vehicles arrived at 40 stores across 18 cities. Units for other regions are in transit or production. The company is accelerating distribution to meet demand.

As DENZA's flagship, the Z9GT features BYD's second-generation Blade Battery and flash-charging technology. Its battery-powered range reaches 1,036 kilometers. Charging takes 5 minutes to 70% and 9 minutes to 97%. At -30°C, charging takes only three minutes longer than at room temperature.

Dealers reported heavy footfall at the initial 40 locations after the unveiling. The model is priced from 269,800 to 369,800 yuan. It is available in BEV and PHEV variants. The BEV version offers a 1,036 km range, addressing diverse user needs.

Li Hui emphasized that the company is accelerating production and logistics to supply display cars nationwide. The second-generation Blade Battery increases energy density by over 5% versus the first generation. It meets the latest national safety standards and includes a lifetime cell warranty.

The Z9GT, a core model for BYD's premium brand, received strong offline interest. This reflects demand for high-end NEVs and BYD's technical capabilities. As the showroom network expands, the model is set to challenge the premium segment. Its market performance will be closely monitored.
