Gasgoo.com (Shanghai December 14) - Beijing is looking to renovate its gas station network. According to the capital's list of recommendations, the so-called gas station development plan, Beijing's gas station network is sub-par, with several areas having too many stations and other, including some key roads, far from enough.

According to the development plan (as quoted by the Beijing Times), stations of over 1,500 square meters should have a charging station for pure electric vehicles installed. The plan also recommends that the number of stations in Beijing increase to 1,310 in the next five to ten years. However, there will be no plans to construct new stations within the 3rd Ring Road.
