Shanghai September 28 (Gasgoo.com) The New Toyota Corolla was launched recently in China, priced between 123,800 yuan and 199,800 yuan ($18,500-$29,800) and is available in three versions: 1.6L, 1.8L and 2.0L, Xinhua reported Tuesday.
The new Corolla features a dual VVT-i engine matching the CVT (continuously variable transmission), which not only guarantees dynamic performance, but also enhances fuel efficiency of the car.
The Corolla 1.8L equipped with the CVT consumes only 6.7 liters of gasoline running 100 kilometers under average driving conditions.
Many configurations, such as the USB Interface, Aux interface, DVD voice navigation system has been added to the new Corolla.
On top of that, the Corolla 2.0L also carries the automatic air conditioner including a plasma generator, cruise control system, smart key system, smart entry & start system and other advanced configurations.
