Gasgoo.com (Shanghai June 10) – On June 5th, Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd (PD Group) signed cooperation agreement of light electric logistics vehicle project with Foton Auto. In this agreement, PD could sell specified Foton products in its sales channels and would cooperate with Foton Auto on market research, demand survey and market promotion. To ensure sales performance, PD Group will register a new sales company only focusing Foton Auto products and Foton will also set up related departments to coordinate. In the matter of products, Foton will authorize PD to sell Foton light electric logistics trucks (GVW ≤10t) exclusively in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
In signing ceremony, Mr. Wang, the vice chief executive officer of Foton Auto, said the cooperation proposed by PD was in favorable climatic, geographical and human conditions. Mr. Pang, the chairman of PD group, also said PD had intention to be the pioneer of electric logistics vehicle platform.
