According to official disclosures, the strategy's core objective is to shift from "creating a single success story" to "building a sustainable success system." To achieve this, Renault plans to build on recent milestones by rolling out a lineup of "winning" products across its three brands: Renault, Dacia, and Alpine. While maintaining its offensive in Europe, the strategy also outlines targeted moves into high-growth markets outside the region.
On the product front, the upcoming strategy will highlight the future cadence of launches. In a pre-event warm-up, the Renault brand is scheduled to reveal the name of a new concept car on March 4, sustaining its international push. Dacia will follow on March 5, unveiling plans for a new crossover model to further flesh out its portfolio.
Furthermore, the "futuREady" strategy emphasizes operational rigor. By optimizing processes and ensuring efficient delivery, the group aims to bolster operational excellence. The goal is to build a more resilient business model capable of weathering the uncertainty currently gripping the global automotive industry.
