The HPC will construct a modularized and expandible software-hardware-integrated computing platform to merge intellectualized interactive experience, create a multi-scenario smart cockpit and enable L4 and higher-level autonomous driving systems.
Technomous is a joint venture of SAIC Motor and TTTech Auto, focusing on safety software solutions for automated driving.
According to SAIC Z-ONE, the Galaxy Full-stack Solution 3.0 HPC can reduce the time and cost of development. The solution includes four fundamental technical pillars, namely a centralized electronic architecture, a service-oriented architecture (SOA), intelligent vehicle data plant, a full-stack OTA and cyber security solution. It also includes an intelligent scene service platform, which is expected to provide end-to-end experience.
The software company has cooperated with several enterprises in the new-generation electronic architecture territory.
In August, SAIC Z-ONE has reached a strategic agreement with chip provider SemiDrive to promote the localization process of auto-grade chips in China and further the development of customized chips and commercial cooperation models.
Moreover, in July, the company also formed a partnership with NXP Semiconductors. The two parties plan to co-establish an innovation laboratory to explore a new-generation centralized electronic architecture application solution. In the future, the companies will define vehicle demands and chip performance together, supporting SAIC Z-ONE on its full-stack intelligent solution development.
