Gasgoo Munich- On Feb. 10, ACE Robotics announced the completion of an angel financing round. Ant Group led the round. Existing shareholder Sense Capital increased its investment.
Funds will primarily drive the technical iteration of the company's "human-centric" ACE embodied full-stack R&D paradigm. Daxiao plans to accelerate development of its environmental data acquisition system and the Kairos 3.0. The company will also push for the scaled deployment of its embodied super brain module. Commercial expansion will target the energy, transportation, and cultural tourism sectors.

ACE Robotics' core team comprises AI scientists from Nanyang Technological University, the University of Hong Kong, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. They possess deep research expertise in environmental intelligence, world models, and embodied intelligence. In December 2025, the company unveiled its ACE embodied R&D paradigm. This established a full-link technology system spanning environmental data acquisition, the Kairos 3.0 world model, and embodied interaction. The system enables annual data collection of tens of millions of hours. Combined with the Kairos 3.0's data augmentation capabilities, it achieves a training effect equivalent to hundreds of millions of hours. This alleviates the industry's chronic data bottleneck.
The Kairos 3.0 has been open-sourced and commercialized. It outperforms leading international models across multiple performance metrics. Built on this foundation, the A1 embodied super brain module offers multimodal perception, navigation, and task execution capabilities. Compatible with various robot forms, the module has completed deployment verification in inspection and cultural tourism scenarios.
The company is deepening strategic partnerships with players in embodied manufacturing, hardware, chips, and cloud services. The goal is to build an autonomous and controllable embodied intelligence ecosystem. As the sector enters a phase of scaled deployment, ACE Robotics plans to accelerate product commercialization and ecosystem expansion. It will work with partners to broaden the scope of industrial applications.
