Gasgoo Munich-FAIRINO (Suzhou) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. has closed a Series C round worth nearly $100 million, Gasgoo learned on March 24. The China Life Dual Carbon Fund — managed by China Life Capital under China Life Investment — led the round, with participation from Boyuan Capital. Existing backers, including Shunwei and Source Code Capital, also doubled down. The company, which recently completed a shareholding restructuring, plans to use the capital to bolster its financial position and scale up global operations and collaboration.

A provider of cobots and smart manufacturing solutions, FAIRINO has achieved full-stack in-house R&D for core components. These range from controllers and encoders to servo drivers, harmonic reducers, servo motors, and braking systems. On the global front, the firm has built a network of over 50 overseas sales points and three service centers. It covers tasks such as CNC loading and unloading, palletizing, welding and grinding, assembly inspection, and commercial services. Looking toward 2026, the company is pivoting to an "AI + Cobot" strategy. It aims to drive tech iteration and deploy embodied intelligence, while accelerating its entry into the humanoid robot sector. Positioning itself as a Tier 1 core supplier for humanoid manufacturers, FAIRINO continues to sharpen its edge in technology, mass production, and delivery.
