Gasgoo Munich- On February 10, Noematrix announced it has recently closed a Series A round worth hundreds of millions of yuan. The financing was led by C Capital, with participation from Sea Limited, Puhua Capital, and other overseas industrial players and top-tier domestic financial investors. Existing shareholder Prosperity7 Ventures also made an oversubscribed follow-on investment.
Noematrix stated that the proceeds will be used to accelerate the R&D and iteration of its "embodied brain," drive commercial deployment across multiple scenarios, and forge alliances with more industry partners to speed up its global expansion.
Founded in November 2023, Noematrix is dedicated to developing "force-centric" large models for embodied intelligence and the underlying infrastructure. By bridging the full technical chain—from data collection and model pre-training to post-training—it aims to build a scalable "general brain" for intelligent robots.

To tackle core industry challenges like difficult data collection and scaling, Noematrix pioneered the concept of "companion-style data collection." It has self-developed hardware such as the CoMiner exoskeleton and the RoboPocket portable device, creating a full-stack data tool platform that covers collection, management, and hardware. The goal is to efficiently build a physical-world database for training and iterating embodied large models.
Noematrix has established strategic partnerships with leading robotics companies like UBTECH, as well as major regional data centers and multinational bases, solidifying its data ecosystem. Meanwhile, its integrated software-and-hardware solution, powered by its proprietary brain, has been deployed in batches within real-world scenarios. In smart pharmacies, for instance, robots can now reliably execute full-cycle, long-horizon tasks—from receiving orders to picking and packing.
Building on this foundation, Noematrix is expanding its technology into high-value scenarios such as hotel laundry, home organization, and logistics sorting, continuously validating the generalization capabilities and rapid deployment efficiency of its solutions.
This round, led by C Capital and backed by investors with strong industrial and international backgrounds, will provide Noematrix with valuable access to global resource networks and opportunities for scenario-based synergy.
