Gasgoo Munich- PaXini Tech recently secured another 1 billion yuan in strategic financing. With this latest round, the company's total funding has now reached 3.5 billion yuan.

Coming just five months after PaXini closed an over-1-billion-yuan Series B round in March, this injection underscores continued confidence. The investor lineup features industrial giants, state-backed funds, and top-tier financial institutions—highlighting a broad-based validation of both the company's technology and commercial value.

Founded in 2021, PaXini's founding team traces its roots to the Sugano Laboratory at Waseda University in Japan—the birthplace of the world's first humanoid robot. Over the past few years, leveraging deep expertise in force tactile sensing technology, PaXini has not only broken through critical bottlenecks in China's high-end sensor sector—shifting the industry from reliance on imports to global leadership—but also successfully developed a suite of world-class tactile products.

Today, PaXini has established a full-link, high-precision tactile hardware matrix spanning tactile sensors, dexterous hands, and humanoid robots. It has also built a full-stack embodied intelligence technology system covering hardware packaging, data acquisition, and algorithm integration, all the way to OmniVTLA—the industry's first VTLA embodied intelligence model.

Official data shows PaXini consumed nearly 1 million of its proprietary tactile chips over the past year, demonstrating strong validation across both supply and demand. Meanwhile, its massive multimodal data is now being utilized by several leading embodied intelligence foundation model companies and major internet technology giants.

On the data acquisition front, PaXini proposed a "human-centric" embodied data system as early as 2024 that integrates rare tactile modalities with high-precision, real-world multimodal perception. By mid-2025, the company launched the world's largest embodied intelligence data collection facility in Tianjin—the Tianjin Super EID Factory.

This year, PaXini added four more super data collection factories in Suqian (Jiangsu), Wuhan (Hubei), Zigong (Sichuan), and Ganzhou (Jiangxi). Together with the Tianjin facility, this creates a strategic depth covering North, East, Central, Southwest, and South China—the world's largest cluster of embodied intelligence data collection factories, distinguished by its scale, comprehensive modalities, highest standards, and strong synergy.

Furthermore, PaXini is expanding its global footprint. The company's core patents now cover major markets worldwide, while localized operations and delivery systems in North America, Japan, South Korea, and Europe are being accelerated. Its portfolio of top-tier clients has already scaled to penetrate core segments of the global supply chain.
