As one of the earliest Chinese firms to focus on lightweight world models, Simple AI has introduced the unified base model Simple-World. By combining this with a hierarchical memory-enhanced agent architecture, the company improves capabilities in complex long-horizon task planning, cross-embodiment zero-shot adaptation, and operational generalization in non-standard environments. In commercial terms, this means shorter adaptation cycles for new scenarios and lower deployment costs.
On the data front, the company developed a low-cost, high-precision pure vision UMI + Ego collection system, enabling large-scale, low-cost acquisition of multimodal data from real-world scenarios. It has also built a robust closed-loop system for real-robot operations. Through efficient continuous learning, this drives autonomous evolution, creating a dual flywheel of technology and commerce where the system becomes smarter with use and more efficient with deployment.
With the new funding, Simple AI plans to accelerate the product iteration and large-scale commercialization of embodied intelligence robots in real-world scenarios. Key priorities include upgrading the Simple-World Model, building an embodied intelligence data infrastructure, recruiting core talent, and expanding into pan-home scenarios. The goal is to shift robots from single-point capability verification to building long-term service capabilities in the real world.
