Gasgoo Munich-On March 25, Shuanglin Group (300100.SZ) released its 2025 annual report.
Delivered in the closing year of China's 14th Five-Year Plan, this report reveals more than just the established auto parts supplier's deep strength in traditional sectors. It also sketches a clear strategic vision: an accelerated transformation into a "global leading provider of intelligent transmission and drive solutions."
A Solid Foundation in Auto Parts
Looking back over the past three years, Shuanglin has traced a clear and powerful growth trajectory.

In 2023, the company generated 4.14 billion yuan in revenue, yet net profit attributable to shareholders stood at just 81 million yuan—a figure that suggested the company was still hovering near the bottom.
Then came 2024, marking a breakout year. Revenue jumped to 4.91 billion yuan—an 18.64% annual rise—while net profit attributable to shareholders surged 514.5% to 497 million yuan.
Shuanglin sustained that momentum in 2025. Revenue climbed another 11.67% to 5.48 billion yuan, and net profit edged up 1.25% to 503 million yuan.
Over this period, non-recurring net profit also accelerated, rising from 78 million yuan in 2023 to 326 million yuan in 2024, and reaching 446 million yuan in 2025. That represents two consecutive years of growth exceeding 36%.
This shift signals a qualitative change in earnings quality, underscoring the core business's strengthening ability to generate cash.
By business segment, both of Shuanglin's core pillars delivered solid results in 2025.
Serving as the "ballast stone," the intelligent transmission and drive business—which includes seat horizontal drive mechanisms (HDM), seat motors, electric headrests, automotive ball screws, humanoid robot screws and joint modules, new energy power systems, bearing units, and intelligent corner modules—generated 3.27 billion yuan in 2025. That's a 14.83% increase, lifting its share of total revenue to 59.63%.
Its flagship product, the HDM, saw production and sales top 30 million units last year, securing a leading industry position. It has successfully supplied top-tier new energy brands in North America, as well as major Chinese automakers like BYD, NIO, and Li Auto.
In new product areas like automotive ball screws, seat motors, and electric headrest actuators, Shuanglin has secured multiple project designations. Some products have entered small-batch supply or are nearing mass production.
Take its long-stroke slide rail brushed drive motor, developed specifically for a leading seat manufacturer. It has already won designations from two domestic new energy automakers. By 2025, the company completed all experimental verification and production line construction, realizing small-batch order processing. Mass production and application are expected in 2026.
For electric headrest actuators, Shuanglin won bids from several new energy automakers in 2025, including XPENG, Leapmotor, and Voyah. It also secured a project for a domestic luxury model. Production will expand this year to capture more market share.
In the automotive ball screw sector, Shuanglin's EHB screws secured a project designation from Chenzhi Technology and are currently in small-batch supply. It also won a designation from Braking China, while sample validation with Rhine-Tech and Bethel Automotive is underway, with mass production expected in 2026.
The interior and exterior parts business performed well too, generating 1.95 billion yuan in 2025, up 10.36%. Production bases in Liuzhou, Chongqing, and Qingdao maintain close ties with OEMs like SAIC-GM-Wuling and Changan.
Overall, Shuanglin's top five customers accounted for about 51.61% of total sales in 2025, with the largest client contributing 26.13% of revenue.
Such high concentration is both a risk and a testament to strength. Deep binding with top automakers serves as an endorsement of the company's technical capability, delivery reliability, and cost control.

A "Second Curve" Takes Shape
If steady growth in traditional business is Shuanglin's "foundation," its foray into humanoid robots is the "second growth curve" for the future—and a key highlight of this financial report.
In September 2025, Shuanglin made a pivotal strategic choice: establishing the Ningbo Robotics Components Branch. This move formally treats core robot parts as an independent business unit for systematic, specialized operations.
This signals that the traditional auto parts supplier is now betting on a long-term future narrative with the patience of an industrialist.
Specifically, leveraging over two decades of expertise in precision transmission, Shuanglin focuses on humanoid robot screws and joint modules. Its portfolio includes inverted planetary roller screws, miniature ball screws, frameless torque motors, motor drivers, and joint modules. The company has established full-process development capabilities for linear joint assemblies, covering design, simulation, manufacturing, and validation.
Notably, Shuanglin's inverted planetary roller screw acts as the "lifeline" of robot joints. Characterized by high load capacity, precision, and longevity, it is primarily used in linear motion joint modules for humanoid robots.
In 2025, Shuanglin cracked the code on industrializing this technology. Partnering with a leading domestic new energy automaker, it developed linear drive joint modules and inverted planetary roller screws for humanoid robots, delivering the first batch of samples in June 2025.
Around this product, Shuanglin built a pilot production line with an actual annual output of 1,500 sets. Now, it is expanding capacity: a new mass production line for 100,000 sets of inverted planetary roller screws is ready and slated for official launch in June 2026.
Its miniature ball screw, a key component for fine grasping operations, is designed for robotic dexterous hands. Here, Shuanglin has successfully developed products in various specifications and established complete machining capabilities and production lines.
Currently, these products have been sampled with several customers and are undergoing validation.
Regarding joint modules, Shuanglin has successfully developed linear joint modules, rotary joint modules, dexterous hands, and finger push rod assemblies for humanoid robots, with core components achieving self-sufficiency.
Beyond laying out core robot parts, Shuanglin acquired Wuxi Kezhixin to achieve full supply chain control—from high-precision grinding equipment to finished screws.
Kezhixin specializes in grinding technologies for inner/outer races and internal/external threads—processes widely used in humanoid robot parts. For instance, its second-generation external thread grinder comes in 400mm and 1,500mm stroke versions; the 400 model targets small components like robot sun screws and rollers.
Its second-generation 300mm internal thread grinder focuses on nuts for inverted planetary screws and miniature ball screw nuts in dexterous hands. Equipped with a patented angled grinding arbor and a 120,000 RPM high-speed spindle, it can machine large length-to-diameter ratio internal threads and miniature internal threads, providing critical support to the robotics industry.
Moving upstream into core equipment reduces procurement costs and lead times while building a higher technical barrier.
Notably, beyond humanoid robots, Shuanglin is expanding into the low-altitude economy. It has planned a series of aircraft electric drive products with power ranges from 30KW to 250KW.
Its 230KW integrated electric propulsion system has been delivered, while the 100KW product is set for delivery in the first quarter of 2026. These moves promise to inject strong momentum into the low-altitude economy and push related applications to new heights.
Conclusion
Looking ahead, Shuanglin aims to be a global popularizer of roller screw technology. Leveraging cost and efficiency advantages from a self-controlled supply chain, it seeks to deliver "global performance" at "China costs." By driving the mass adoption of humanoid robot core components, it hopes to secure a key position in this future trillion-dollar market.
It is undoubtedly a difficult but correct path. If successful, Shuanglin will no longer be just a link in the traditional auto parts chain, but a key enabler of core actuation components in the future era of intelligent mobility.
