Skyworth Auto continues to use the SKYWORTH brand in overseas markets, tailoring its offerings to local driving habits with left-hand drive (LHD), right-hand drive (RHD), all-electric, and hybrid options. The company aims to deliver localized solutions and enhance the customer experience in global markets.
The SKYWORTH K RHD comes with three variants in Hong Kong, including the 800V Supercharging Edition, the 620 Comfort Edition, and a Taxi Edition. Notably, the 800V supercharging model introduces the automaker's in-house developed 100kW-4C DC discharge technology, enabling continuous DC discharge power exceeding 100kW. It also offers a 6.6kW AC power output feature.
Skyworth Auto Co-Founder and President Wu Longba previously stated at the Auto China 2024 in Beijing that the company targeted annual sales of 50,000 vehicles this year, aiming for a balanced 50:50 split between domestic and overseas markets, compared to a 60:40 ratio last year. The company plans to further expand its international presence to increase its overseas sales share.
