In 2025, UBTECH generated 2.001 billion yuan in total annual revenue — a 53.3% year-over-year surge. Gross margins climbed to 37.7%, a sharp 9-percentage-point increase from 28.7% in 2024. The company’s net loss narrowed by 31.9% to 790 million yuan, while adjusted net loss — excluding share-based payments — fell 24.5% to 691 million yuan.
Revenue from full-size embodied intelligent humanoid robot products and solutions skyrocketed from 35.6 million yuan in 2024 to 821 million yuan — a more than 22-fold jump that instantly made it the company’s largest revenue stream.
UBTECH’s revenue mix underwent a major shift in 2025. Sales of full-size embodied intelligent humanoid robot products and solutions surged 2,203.7% to 821 million yuan. Their share of total revenue leaped from 2.7% in 2024 to 41.1%, solidifying their position as the company’s top income driver.
Behind these numbers lies a milestone shift for the Walker S series, which has moved from technical validation to mass delivery. In 2025, cumulative sales of UBTECH’s full-size embodied intelligent humanoid robots hit 1,079 units — a staggering 35,866.7% increase.
Designed and iterated by UBTECH to address real-world industrial needs, the Walker S series comprises three models: Walker S, Walker S1, and Walker S2. The third-generation Walker S2 entered mass production and delivery in late 2025 and is now deployed across multiple scenarios.
