Gasgoo.com (Shanghai Apr 8)–According to Volkswagen China, special channels have been established for the 1st time in China for recalling Sagitar and Beetle due to quality issues, aiming to communicate with the owners of vehicles recalled directly and quickly.
From Feb 2nd, 2015, FAW Volkswagen started to recall over 560,000 new Sagitar and over 17,000 imported Beetle with quality issues. As the introduction of Volkswagen, the percentages completed are 75.8% and 66%.
For resolving practical problems from recalled cars owners, Volkswagen Auto started the operation of special channels established for the 1st time in China, which were directed by the managements of Volkswagen China, FAW Volkswagen and Volkswagen China sales company.
According to related principles of Volkswagen, the owners of Sagitar and Beetle with quality issues could communicate with Volkswagen Auto directly through special channels on any concerns and troubles when recalling. FAW Volkswagen and Volkswagen China sales company have sent technicists to form proper team to solve the problems from the owners.
