In recognition of excellent performance of Webasto China, who has received SGM ’Leading Technology’ award and DPCA ‘Best Supplier’ award in last December. And one after another, Webasto China has been awarded as FAW-VW ‘Best Supplier’ on Jan 18, 2013. The award ceremony took place in Changchun. Webasto China President & CEO, Mr. Freddy Geeraerds was on behalf of Webasto China to receive the award.
As the biggest roof suppliers worldwide with more than 110 years history, Webasto is one of the top 100 automotive suppliers worldwide and within the top 15 of German suppliers. In 2001, Webasto started the OE roof business in China, and set the headquarter in Shanghai. By more than 10 years sustained efforts, today Webasto has an operation and a complete R&D center in Shanghai, an operation in Changchun, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing, Yancheng and Xiangyang. In 2014, there will be totally 10 service centers in China.
