Gasgoo Munich- Gasgoo, citing the official "Wuhan ETDZ" WeChat account, reports that the zone has launched its first dedicated incubator for the low-altitude economy. Named the "Jingkang Intelligent Manufacturing Low-Altitude Economy Technology Enterprise Incubator," the facility was officially inaugurated at the zone's Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park.

Operated jointly by the asset management and innovation service arms of the Jingkang Industrial Investment Group, the incubator is designed to offer end-to-end support for startups and SMEs in the low-altitude sector. Services range from providing physical space and policy application assistance to facilitating financing and technology transfer. On opening day, Liwei Technology and Guangqi Future — two tech firms specializing in the field — signed letters of intent to move in.
Universities and research teams showcased a suite of cutting-edge technologies at the event. Jianghan University presented a leader-wingman distributed vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) unmanned detection platform for emergency rescue and urban security patrols, alongside AI-driven environmental sensing and autonomous flight path planning for drones. Wuchuang Xingyutong Aerospace introduced the "All-Knowing Smart Wing," an aerial service agent designed to build an integrated air-ground operational system. Meanwhile, the Wuhan Concept Verification Center demonstrated a low-altitude intelligent inspection system for large-scale wind power equipment in the new energy sector.
Notably, the incubator sits on land that once housed traditional manufacturing plants. In a bid to revitalize the area, the Jingkang Industrial Investment Group poured hundreds of millions of CNY into modernizing the existing structures. The project transformed nearly 400 mu of land into a high-tech hub featuring offices, R&D centers, and 46,000 square meters of high-standard assembly workshops, bringing the total floor area to over 100,000 square meters.
