Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Elantra amounted to 8,129 units, down 52 % year on year, the first on December, 2022 sales ranking of A sedans/cars from Korea's brands, according to the December sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Elantra Yuedong amounted to 1,816 units, down 38 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 26,249 units. December sales of the Forte reached 1,478 units, increasing 13 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 21,126 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
