Chery A5 exports tripled in H1

Chery A5 exports tripled to 13,034 units in the first six months of this year, representing 30%of total A5 sales volume, according to latest statistics released by the company.

Exports of the A5 model stood at 1,000 units in January and February but soared to 3,077 units in March, creating a record in the model's history. Exports of the model have maintained a top position in A-segment vehicle exports in China, with monthly sales volume exceeding 2,000 units for four months in a row.

Chery A5 have been exported to 15 countries and regions worldwide. In addition to its old markets in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, exports of the model has been expanded to emerging markets, like Russia, Lebanon, and Albania.
