XPeng sees remarkable MoM growth in May 2023 P7i deliveries

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- In May 2023, XPeng Inc., a leading Chinese smart electric vehicle company, delivered a total of 7,506 vehicles, representing a month-over-month growth of 6%, according to the company’s press release.

During the same month, XPeng witnessed a significant increase in the delivery volume of the P7i model compared to the previous month. The company said it aims to expedite P7i deliveries in June, with the objective of promptly providing customers with this highly sought-after new model that boasts exceptional style, design aesthetics, and advanced smart features.

XPeng is set to commence presales for the G6 Ultra Smart Coupe SUV on June 9, and customers can view display vehicles at its stores.

To showcase the G6's capabilities, the company invited the media for a test drive in May. As the first production model based on XPeng’s next-generation smart electric platform architecture, SEPA2.0, the G6 will be equipped with the latest XNGP as a final stage of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) before fully realizing autonomous driving.

The XPeng G6 comes equipped with the 800V high-voltage SiC platform and 3C battery cells, the mass-produced front and rear integrated aluminum body die-casting technology, and CIB battery-body integration technology. It boasts an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.248Cd.
