Yueda Kia exports over 10,000 vehicles in July

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On July 25, a fleet of brand-new Yueda Kia vehicles smoothly rolled into the port of Yancheng city, Jiangsu Province, where they will soon embark on a journey to 21 countries and regions, including the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Peru, and Brunei.

This remarkable export effort marks the 15th "overseas voyage" for Yueda Kia this year, as the company continues to solidify its position amidst the "dual circulation" strategy to set root in the Chinese and international markets, and accelerate its globalization initiatives.

Mr. Chen Fei, Manager of the Vehicle Export Division at Yueda Kia, expressed his excitement about this venture, revealing that a total of 3,600 vehicles will be exported this time, and the company's July monthly export volume has already exceeded 10,000 units so far. Notably, the Seltos, a global star product for Yueda Kia, contributed significantly to this feat, with over 6,000 units exported in a single month.

Expanding overseas exports stands as a crucial strategic move for Yueda Kia to improve factory utilization and enhance profitability. With a focus on the Seltos and the K5 export models, Yueda Kia is determined to expand its export market, targeting an additional 30 destination countries by year-end. 

This ambitious endeavor aims to establish a presence for four export models, namely, the Rio, the KX1, the Seltos, and the K5, in 80 countries, achieving a monthly export volume of over 10,000 units and striving to surpass 100,000 units in total exports for the year. Looking ahead, Yueda Kia envisions elevating the export capacity of the Yancheng plant to over 250,000 units by 2029, solidifying its status as a veritable global export hub.
