JAC Group seals $45 million deal with Turkish auto group at Belt and Road CEO Conference

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On October 17, 2023, as part of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, the " Belt and Road CEO Conference" took place in Beijing, where a series of exemplary Sino-foreign cooperation projects were inked, resulting in project collaboration agreements worth a total of $97.2 billion.

Chinese legacy automaker JAC Group underscored its commitment to strengthening international partnerships. During the conference, the Chinese automotive conglomerate successfully signed a $45 million trade contract with a renowned Turkish automotive group, solidifying the foundation for deeper collaboration. This achievement demonstrates JAC Group's dedication to contributing to the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" initiative and underscores its vision and confidence in the venture.

Over the past decade, JAC Group has been actively involved in the "Belt and Road" initiative, extending its network of global cooperation. Its export roadmap has reached 132 countries and regions worldwide, totaling over 1 million vehicles. Among which, exports to "Belt and Road" partner countries have surpassed 800,000 vehicles. With 16 of its 19 overseas KD factories located in these countries, JAC Group's contribution to the initiative is substantial.

With this recent trade agreement, JAC Group is poised to leverage the established automotive industry in Turkey, deepening cooperation, sharing experiences, and driving further progress.
