This collaboration marks a comprehensive upgrade of Raythink's strategic layout in the Yangtze River Delta region and strengthens its partnership with Suzhou’s local intelligent connected vehicle innovation cluster, further driving the development of the automotive intelligence industry.

Founded in 2019, Raythink is a provider of overall solutions for intelligent transportation, advanced driver assistance systems, and AR displays. The company is dedicated to developing wide field-of-view, compact AR Head-Up Displays (AR-HUD) with innovative light sources and AI visual engines. Its core technologies encompass optics, PGU, AR Generator® SDK, algorithms, and hardware.

Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town is a core area within the "Jiangsu Province Connected Vehicle Pilot Zone," where intelligent connected vehicles have been designated as the top priority industry. After establishing a product center in Shanghai last year, Raythink has now set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town. The establishment of this new subsidiary will further expand Raythink's R&D team, establish advanced optical laboratory equipment, and drive the iteration, upgrading, and implementation of AR-HUD products with innovative light sources at the core.

Additionally, Raythink is constructing a phase-two intelligent manufacturing base in the Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town, creating an intelligent and automated production line for AR-HUD products. The expanded production capacity of the line is expected to exceed 300,000 units per year, with construction scheduled for completion in October, followed by trial production.
