August, 2008 sales ranking of A sedan from Germany's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Jetta amounted to 18,927 units, up 7.94% year on year, the first on August, 2008 sales ranking of A sedan from Germany's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the SantanaB2 amounted to 7,364 units, down 19.47% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 78,751 units. August sales of the Lavida reached 7,180 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 12,678 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
