August, 2008 sales ranking of large SUVs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Prado amounted to 1,446 units, up 25.52% year on year, the first on August, 2008 sales ranking of large SUVs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Pajero amounted to 743 units, up 39.14% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 4,908 units. August sales of the Land Cruiser reached 494 units, increasing 46.15% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 3,430 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
