July, 2025 auto sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 315,136 units, down 3.97% year on year, the first on July, 2025 auto sales ranking by China's brands, according to the July sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Chery amounted to 143,965 units, up 17.33% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 890,689 units. July sales of Geely reached 143,353 units, increasing 65.70% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 967,913 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
