The newly-opened center will work on verification at levels of complete vehicle, core system and auto parts covering six key fields including battery, electric motor, electric control unit, intelligent connectivity, lightweight and complete vehicle application. Under this system, a new model must undergo 378, 407 and 4774 tests at the vehicle, system and component levels respectively for the sake of R&D and product quality.

At the same time, the NEV maker also inaugurated a lab jointly built with 14 partners including National New Energy Vehicle Technology Innovation Center and Daimler.
