BYD ATTO 3 BEV starts at £36,490 in UK

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- The full-electric BYD ATTO 3 is now available to order in the UK with customer deliveries to start from Mar. 15, 2023, BYD announced on March 8 via a WeChat account dedicated to its global news.

The BYD ATTO 3 sold in the UK comes with three variants, which are priced at £36,490 (the Active), the £36,990 (the Comfort), and £38,990 (the Design), respectively.

The Comfort and Design models will be available for sale in Q1 2023 and the Active in Q2 2023 as part of phase 1 of BYD’s car launch into the UK market.

Positioned as a C-Segment SUV, the BYD ATTO 3 features a distinctive sloping silhouette. It is designed by Wolfgang Egger with the European customers in mind. The model is the first SUV to ride on BYD’s e-Platform 3.0, which comprises a highly integrated 8-in-1 electric powertrain, the BYD Blade Battery, and the high-efficiency heat pump. 

Besides, the first BYD ‘Pioneer’ stores in the UK will start operation in mid-March as well, which are situated along the spine of the UK including Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, and Milton Keynes. 

For the sake of safer driving, the BYD ATTO 3 scored a Five-Star Rating in Euro NCAP Safety Tests, achieving a score 91% for adult occupant protection and 89% for child occupant protection, said the automaker.
