BYD’s first showroom in Tokyo to open for business on Aug. 26

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- BYD, a global frontrunner in the realm of new energy vehicles, has revealed its pioneering stride with the introduction of "BYD AUTO Ikebukuro," its inaugural showroom in Tokyo, Japan. As anticipation builds, the showroom is poised to welcome its first visitors on August 26, 2023.

Nestled within Tokyo's Toshima Ward, the location of the showroom positions it a mere 2 km away from Ikebukuro Station, while a brisk 5-minute walk from Senkawa Station, served by Tokyo Metro's Fukutoshin and Yurakucho Lines, ensures convenience for prospective visitors. A celebratory inauguration fair is scheduled from August 26 to September 10, 2023, marking the launch of this dynamic venture.

With a resolute vision, BYD Auto Japan aims to establish a robust network, envisaging over 100 showrooms countrywide by the end of 2025. Since the opening of BYD AUTO Tomei Yokohama in February 2023, the company has already erected ten showrooms, setting the tone for its strategic expansion in Japan's electric vehicle market.
