BYD introduces two new editions of DOLPHIN BEV in Brazil

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- BYD recently broadened its DOLPHIN lineup in Brazil with two new additions introduced: the BYD DOLPHIN PLUS and the BYD DOLPHIN DIAMOND. This move serves to enhance the array of electric mobility choices available to Brazilian consumers.

BYD said the DOLPHIN PLUS edition boasts enhanced performance, with a maximum torque of 310 N·m and a fully charged range of up to 490km (NEDC). In terms of design, the model is built upon the existing aesthetic with a touch of oceanic charm and offers dual-color paint options along with a panoramic sunroof, elevating its overall style to a more fashionable and dynamic level.

Equipped with the BYD Intelligent Cockpit System, the DOLPHIN PLUS features a 12.8-inch rotatable multimedia screen that enables intelligent voice control, CarPlay, Android Auto, and smartphone remote control, providing an immersive smart experience. Additionally, it comes equipped with VTOL mobile charging station capabilities, catering to various outdoor power needs.

The official price for the BYD DOLPHIN PLUS in Brazil is R$179,800 (approximately 255,000 yuan). It offers four dual-color paint choices: Surf Blue + Dolphin Grey, Deland Black + Atlantis Grey, Radiant Pink + Dolphin Grey, and Ski White + Dolphin Grey.

The DOLPHIN DIAMOND, on the other hand, is dressed in sleek black paint, exuding an aura of sophistication and dynamism, akin to a shining black diamond. It shares the same configuration and performance as the previously released DOLPHIN, boasting a range of 405km (NEDC) on a full charge and quick-charging from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes. Equipped with the BYD Intelligent Cockpit System and BYD Intelligent Driving System, it enhances the joy of driving for users. The official price for the DOLPHIN DIAMOND edition is R$149,800 (approximately 212,500 yuan).

To date, BYD has established 30 dealerships in Brazil and anticipates opening 100 stores by the end of this year.
