BYD launches HAN all-electric model in the UAE market
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 22, BYD celebrated the opening of its new flagship showroom in Dubai, with the BYD HAN BEV (battery electric vehicle) model introduced to the UAE market at the same time, according to BYD's press release.
As one of BYD's flagship models, the HAN adopts the distinctive "Dragon Face" design language meticulously crafted by Wolfgang Egger, BYD's Director of Design, blending the dignity and grandeur of Eastern artistic beauty. Combining safety, technology, performance, and comfort, the Han aims to precisely meet the local market's demand for green mobility, providing consumers with a luxurious driving experience, said BYD.

Covering around 800 square meters, BYD's new flagship showroom is located in the Dubai Festival City Mall. Dominated by clean white, gray tones, and warm wooden accents, the showroom is expected to inject new vitality into BYD's brand promotion, product sales, and strategic development in the UAE's passenger vehicle market.
In March of this year, BYD announced a partnership with the leading automotive dealer in the UAE, Al-Futtaim. In June, the company officially launched the Yuan PLUS (known as BYD ATTO 3 overseas) in the local market. Looking ahead, BYD and Al-Futtaim will collaborate to establish a localized sales and service system, delivering an enhanced consumer experience and further supporting the UAE's journey toward a green future and sustainable development.
By October 2023, BYD's cumulative global sales of new energy vehicles surpassed 5.7 million units, with a footprint extending across 70 countries and regions, encompassing over 400 cities.
