Chery EXEED puts STERRA ES onto market, starting at 225,800 yuan

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 20, the STERRA ES from Chery's EXEED brand hit the market with five different trim levels, priced from 225,800 yuan to 339,800 yuan. 

Positioned as a mid-to-large-sized pure electric sedan, the STERRA ES' entire lineup comes standard with air suspension and CDC, with an impressive maximum range of 905 kilometers under CLTC conditions.

The STERRA ES embraces a design philosophy of 'Aesthetic of the Wind', emphasizing sleek curves over intricate lines, creating a cutting-edge visual appeal. Characterized by integrated headlamps and wing-shaped lighting elements below, the vehicle incorporates the ISD intelligent interaction lights to exhibit various lighting patterns, adding to its distinctive aesthetic.

Measuring 4,945mmx1,978mmx1,480mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3,000mm, the STERRA ES boasts concealed door handles and a commendable drag coefficient of 0.205Cd.

Inside, the cabin design fosters a sense of minimalist luxury with an embedded, uniquely shaped instrument panel and a seamlessly integrated center console, housing a 15.6-inch intelligent display. Equipped with Chery’s Lion Melody sound system comprising 23 speakers and a peak power of 1,000W, it supports panoramic sound effects.

Built on an 800V high-voltage platform, the STERRA ES offers both single and dual-motor versions. The single-motor variant delivers maximum power outputs of 185kW and 230kW, while the dual-motor version features 123kW for the front and 230kW for the rear motor.
