This marks DPCA's first project within Dongfeng Motor's manufacturing collaboration framework and is a key milestone in its strategic implementation. The project, jointly developed by DPCA and Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company, encompasses vehicle R&D, production line construction, and market expansion for Dongfeng NAMMI model.
It will leverage Stellantis' global benchmark manufacturing system and Dongfeng's expertise in the NEV sector to accelerate the intelligent and electrified transformation of DPCA's facilities. Production is expected to begin in the first half of this year, significantly improving the capacity utilization of DPCA's Wuhan plant while injecting new momentum into Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle's NEV development.

In recent years, DPCA has focused on its transformation strategy of "Made by DPCA, Sold Globally," strengthening its domestic market presence while expanding overseas. The company is set to launch its new independent NEV brand, HEDMOS, with its first model opening for presale in April and deliveries starting in May.
