Backed by CATL's 24/7 AI assistant "Xiao Heng" and a global team of O&M experts, the platform can reduce unplanned outages by up to 75%.

Drawing from CATL's extensive experience in energy storage operations, the platform enables deep, station-level data analysis. Its capabilities include optimized charging/discharging strategies and dynamic balancing controls that extend equipment lifespan and enhance operational efficiency. In typical deployments, the system has boosted overall efficiency by an average of 3% and cut energy losses by 25%.
