Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Corolla amounted to 14,706 units, up 80.15% year on year, the first on October, 2008 sales ranking of A sedan from Japan's brands, according to the October sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the TIIDA (Qida) amounted to 6,877 units, up 32.12% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 53,595 units. October sales of the Tiida (Yida) reached 6,372 units, increasing 62.84% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 54,356 units.
