Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of SAIC-GM amounted to 92,921 units, up 13.43% year on year, the first on May, 2011 sales ranking by all OEMs, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 91,968 units, up 25.06% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 478,828 units. May sales of FAW-VW reached 79,949 units, increasing 15.48% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 386,963 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
