Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Excelle amounted to 23,179 units, up 29.22% year on year, the first on April, 2012 sales ranking of sedans, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Jetta amounted to 21,909 units, up 16.70% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 75,084 units. April sales of the Passat reached 21,357 units, increasing 102.51% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 90,107 units.
