Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Corolla amounted to 15,603 units, up 81.49% year on year, the first on April, 2012 sales ranking of sedans from Japan's brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Sunny amounted to 14,706 units, up 64.55% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 57,450 units. April sales of the TIIDA (Qida) reached 14,128 units, increasing 243.00% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 58,364 units.
