Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan amounted to 14,000 units, up 32.46% year on year, the first on April, 2012 sales ranking of SUVs from Germany's brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Audi Q5 amounted to 7,108 units, up 61.36% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 28,310 units. April sales of the BMW X1 reached 2,000 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 4,375 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
