Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan amounted to 15,448 units, up 34.83% year on year, the first on July, 2012 sales ranking of SUVs from Germany's brands, according to the July sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Audi Q5 amounted to 7,450 units, up 51.52% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 49,297 units. July sales of the BMW X1 reached 2,303 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 12,102 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
