Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan amounted to 13,788 units, up 3.66% year on year, the first on August, 2012 sales ranking of compact SUVs from Germany's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the BMW X1 amounted to 1,861 units, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 13,963 units.
